Shipping Policy

At Carla & Nicole's, we do our best to process all orders within 48 hours if your order reaches us Monday through Friday by 12 PM EST. If you order on a holiday or a weekend, this will add additional processing time. Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed for shipping on the following Monday. Shipments will be processed on Tuesday if a holiday falls on Monday.

We will send an order acknowledgment to you shortly after your order has reached us, which will include a confirmation of product availability.  Once your order is complete, you will also receive another email with an order tracking number.

We ship all orders that are in the continental US by USPS, and it can take approximately 3-9 days to reach you. You do have the option of selecting UPS as your shipping provider.  If you opt to select UPS at checkout, your package should arrive in approximately 1-5 days (this excludes all orders that are placed Friday after 12 PM EST as well as on Saturday or Sunday). If you are shipping your order to Alaska or Hawaii and select the USPS option, please allow approximately three weeks for your order to be delivered.

We do verify all credit cards before we ship an order. If you are sending your order to an address that is not your billing address, both USPS and UPS will require a signature for delivery, so please keep this in mind and plan accordingly. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.  The tracking number will allow you to know when to expect your order.

Please note that we ship all packages uninsured. We will not be responsible if USPS or UPS should lose your package. Therefore, we strongly suggested that you choose insurance as a shipping option at checkout.
