Are your items true to size?

YES!  All of our items are true to size. If they are not for some reason, we note that in the product description. At Carla & Nicole's, we take the time to hand measure every product so that we can provide accurate fit details for each style.  So, always read the details section before you buy it.

Do you have an actual store?

No, we don’t have a brick and mortar store.  We are an online boutique.  Maybe someday there will be Carla & Nicole's stores around the country!

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Great question!  We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal payments.

We make sure that our best sellers get restocked weekly.

However, shipping timeframes can make it rather difficult to give a specific date for restocking. We can email you when your favorite items return to stock. For every item that you want to be notified about, select your size and provide your email address and we will notify you as soon as the item is back in stock!

Do you have items available if I’m shopping on a budget?

Absolutely! At Carla & Nicole's, we have weekly sales and promotions for any budget. Be sure to follow us on social media and also sign up for our email promotions to stay up to date on all our fabulous sales and offers!

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do!  We will gladly accept items for exchange that are received by us within 14 days of your package arrival. You can exchange unwashed, unworn, or defective products within 14 days of the arrival date. Please note that all sale and discounted items are not available for exchange. You may e-mail us at info@carlaandnicole.com and follow all instructions for returning merchandise that is outlined on the Returns page. Please keep all original tags that were attached and please send the original invoice back to us when shipping.

Do you accept and ship international orders?

No.  We are sorry, but we do not accept or ship international orders at this time.

If I need assistance, can I place an order by phone?

Yes, if you are having any difficulty placing your order online, please contact us, and we will be able to help you place your order over the phone.

To expedite the call, please have the product name(s) and item number ready before you give us a call.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Yes!  We offer expedited shipping options through UPS.  On the order page, you will be able to select and purchase overnight and 2-day shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Honestly, it depends.  If you selected regular USPS shipping at checkout, it could take anywhere from 3-9 days for your package to arrive.  If you need your order sooner, you will have the option of paying for expedited shipping through UPS.  You will be able to select expedited shipping on the order page before placing your order.
